I went to SKAT this morning - left home at 8.30 to be there at 9 - only to realize that the office didn´t open until 10.00 - But then I got number 001 - how often does that happen? Went to the wrong person - was passed on to Foreign affairs - only to realize the lady there had no idea what to do when moving to China. She fetched her college; Who was very sharp - and gave me all the information I need - I think !?! I must admit, I feel a little like the woman in the painting - too many ball to follow.
