FACE THE WEEKEND

It was a very wet weekend ... but I had time to go to 798 and Wangfujing to buy a new hat - yes I am hooked; hats and glasses are my new passion. 798 was a little boring and I will be going to Chaoyangdi next time – well yes Chaoyangdi and then a short stop in 798 to buy a Darth Vader mug, and the only fascinating thing I saw were these a little creepy faces, well and yes, then a small print and mask I bought for my own walls – well yes; glasses and hats – and ART !

ON MY WAY HOME

This was how the road to my home look Saturday before the Sunday wind took all the leafs and made it winter in Beijing.

WHEN AT THE GLASS MARKED ...

....you buy a pair of glasses or in my case 4... My friend and I had so much fun yesterday at the marked and ended up with 6 pairs all togehter - and the price of glass and frames was between 100 RMB and 200 RMB. I am for sure going back - maybe not next weekend but when my five frames are boring me - but I think I am covered in many different areas - 50´s, Harry Potter, 80´s and huge ... and then ofcouse my original ones which are just plain boring. After the marked we went to the tailor - I was surpose to pick up my new wool/cashmere coat and 2 shirts - but the coat wasn´t finished, the white shirt was dirty and had to go to the drycleaners so all I came home with was my new black silk shirt - but that one was actually is very very nice. Further my friend had to get 3 dresses and 1 shirt done and I am copying my leaopard jumpsuit from H&M in black silk - so new we have a new date with the tailor friday evening. After the tailor we moved on to dinner and then to the nail saloon to get nails done - so I was pretty right - It was a very good day !

TODAY IS GANNA BE A GOOD DAY

I can feel it ... The gym, the frame (glasses) marked, the tailor, nail place and dinner at Element Fresh ... could it be better ... well yes, it could - but this is also a pretty nice start on the weekend.

HELLO SANDWICH

I am a little China-tired these days, and I cannot help dreaming myself back to last week in Tokyo where people are so cool, well behaved and stylish and the food is pretty, the houses cute and even the busy streets are charming.... then it´s good with cool blogs like Hello Sandwich - which gives me just the fix I need - check it out !

CHARLOTTE KEMP MUHL

Pretty prety and pretty stylish - right ? (actually I don´t know if they still are together Charlotte Kemp Muhl and Sean Lennon - but damn they look SO cool together - so if no - what a shame!)

That´s all I can stretch it to this Monday evening in yet another hotel ... this time I am in South China at the Canton fair - but luckily just for 2 days - tomorrow evening it´s home to Beijing where I´ll stay untill my trip back to Denmark for X-mas - where I will be re-united with boyfriend after 2 month apart - however there´s a month and a half till that - so too early to look forward to that ....Happy monday night anyway ...
