BIG NEWS

Well guess it´s big news time... Now I have been back home in Denmark for my looove-holiday for almost 2 weeks and still (surprise ? I think not) I am so much enjoying to the fullest. Boyfriende and I have been visiting friends and family sharing our two big secrets; we are moving home to Copenhagen from September; because we are so blessed that we are making our partnership to a triangle in December. I (or we, as I guess I should say; though I am the only one packing on the pounds) are expecting a little boy BEFORE Christmas (yes please !!!) and are of course super excited, can´t wait and also a little terrified with all the new stuff that´s about to happen. But first things first; as you might remember - we sold my love; our apartment - so now we are looking for a new and slightly bigger apartment in Copenhagen, so please here I need your help; we need an apartment in Copenhagen from September 1st - sizewise it would be wonderful with something bigger than 75 m2 and of course with a fair rent ... Well that´s all for now; I will leave you with the news .... and me and my growing belly will enjoy the Danish summer (rain).

IRENA WERNING

Found this super cool series yesterday, called "Back to the Future" of the photographer Irena Werning. She has taken the same picture in the same place with the same people in the same position - just years later - how great is that ?!?! I just love the idea; and I cannot wait to try similar with my own photos - Simply brilliant !!!

A LITTLE PRESENT

I like to buy presents for myself; actually it´s my favorite gifts - you know that you "need" it, you know that you like it and you don´t mind if you decide to take it back, if you actually don´t really need it. I have bought myself a couple of those gifts a couple of weeks ago, when I was traveling a lot and Boyfriende was on holiday in Denmark visiting our friends, family and doing all the stuff I really wanted to do too; and one of the darlings that found way to my heart (actually it´s waiting for me in Denmark, but it´s already a new favorite) was this super cool suede Balenciaga bag. I have been discussing with myself for years if I was/could be a Balenciaga-girl and I had actually decided that I wasn´t. I tend to go for less "logo" bag or at least not super popular bags if I choose a big brand - but when I saw this army green baby, I knew that she (and I) would love living with me. I like to buy things; like my art pieces; that last for a long time and that I only will love more and more for each year that passes - and this one might very well fall into that category.

HIP DINNER TIME

... a little more Hipstamanic ... my dinner this last Saturday evening in Beijing this month ... pretty nice looking and tasting.

ONE GOOD AND ONE BAD

B & Q was not the place to find wrapping for my good ... but the coffee, cake and my book in my favorite coffee place were good ... And yes your right; I now have Hipstimatic on my iphone - better late than never; but must say that I haven´t been using my iphone as much out here as I did in Denmark; because Facebook, Twitter and all the nice blogs are not available from my phone but maybe Hipstimatic will change that; it so impressive how it can make even B & Q look nice and retro like ... and if not - well if not then I am back in "non non-access land" in 6 days - wuhuu !!!

LAST WEEKEND

It´s last weekend before my summer holiday. In 6 days precisely I am sitting in the airport waiting for my SAS flight home - home to Denmark, home to Boyfriend, home to family, home to friends ... and I (still) cannot wait. Today I am going to B & Q - guess the Chinese Silvan - to pick up wrapping plastic for some things I am bringing home to Denmark on Friday - and then I am going to my favorite cafe to read my book, drink tons of coffee and clear my head for all the things that are clouding my mind at the moment.
